 Payments are via Paypal using the online shopping cart and are to be in GBP (all prices include postage and packaging within the uk)

or Alternatively you can pay via UK cheque or UK postal order.

For all international orders payment is via paypal only and please add £4.00 extra to cover postage costs.

To order by post via UK cheque or UK postal order please email me with the following details:

Item(s) name and price

Your full name, postal address (including post code) and email address.

I will then email you confirming your order and payment due.

Payment is to be received within 7 days from confirmation of order.

(If payment is not received within this time the item(s) will go back on sale.)

Once payment has been received i will dispatch your item(s) as soon as your payment has cleared in my bank. Please allow 5 to 8 working days.

 

 PAYPAL SHOPPING CART :

Due to the way that the paypal shopping cart works, when you buy an item from my shop, it does not delete it from my website, so in rare cases the same item could be purchased by 2 or more people on the same day.

In the event of this happening i'm afraid it will be down to a first come first served basis and unfortunatly there can be no exceptions, sorry.

 

REFUND POLICY :

I cannot give refunds for my jewellery unless there has been a fault on my part, in which case the item should be returned within 7 days (from delivery date) in the same / or similar packaging via registered post, I will not accept the item unless it has been sent this way. Please note - insurance and or shipping costs are not refundable.
